Lupita Hi-O'Connell

Lupita Hi-O’Connell earned her degree in Accounting from University Autonomous of Tamaulipas, Mexico. She also attended University of Texas, where she learned the English language. She has provided financial and investment advice to families and small business owners for 25 years. Lupita has developed long-term relationships with her clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and planning for their future by proper positioning and management of their assets.

Lupita offers financial and retirement planning, college savings plans, risk management, asset protection strategies through annuities, personal life, disability and long-term care insurance. She can assist you step by step on the implementation of qualified plans such as 401(K)’s, SEP/ IRA’s, Roth IRA’s, and IRA Rollovers.

Lupita plays a large role in her community as she serves on the Executive Board as President of Zonta International, local chapter. She is a member of the Tucson Cancer Conquerors, served as Secretary/Treasurer/Public Relations Chair on the Executive Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and received the Community Service “Award of Excellence.”

Lupita actively participated in the Conference for Professional Women for the Arizona- Mexico Commission sponsored by both Governors of Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. She served on the Advisory Board of Directors for Live Theater Workshop. She has volunteered as an instructor for the Business Class at Pima Community College, as well as an English-Spanish interpreter for the University Medical Center Pediatrics at the St. Andrews Children Clinic in Nogales, AZ under the direction of “Father Ed.” Lupita has received multiple recognitions and awards throughout her career.

Her passion is to empower women, minorities and small business owners to take control of their finances. Lupita is happily married to Dan and enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling and spending family time with grandchildren. Lupita is fluent in Spanish and English.

She is Registered with FINRA and insurance licensed in multiple States.
